Content of the project
Our company has been awarded a non-refundable grant in the amount of 32.63 million HUF from the European Union under the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme. The European Union grant was invested to increase efficiency to meet with the increased demands of our customers.
During the implementation of our project GINOP-1.2.10-19-2020-00187, we developed our activity 28.29 – Other n.e.c. general purpose machinery manufacturing at our headquarters at Richter Gedeon u. 15., located in the industrial park of Debrecen. Our project was implemented within the framework of the Széchenyi 2020 programme.
The project was implemented to increase the operational efficiency of machining equipment used for small series production. The installation of the robotic cell has significantly improved these indicators and increased our productivity. The capacity increase achieved by the investment was achieved by minimising the adjustment times required during the production of products and by increasing the predictability of production. Robotic operation has resulted in more manageable cycle times, thus decreasing incremental production costs. The elimination of time loss was also reflected in a significant improvement in productivity.
Production equipment purchased during the project: ES-20004 robotic cell – 1 unit
This improvement in competitiveness has increased our production capacity while improving the operational efficiency of small series production.

Content of the project
The development of marketing activities under this call for proposals shall contribute to finding new partners and the expansion of the customer base through image development and brand building.
The company has built long-term and close business relationships with Western European companies.
The company aims to achieve a continuous expansion of its customer base, to which the marketing tools covered by the project are an integral part.
The primary objective of the project is to expand the marketing tools and communication channels of the company, which shall contribute significantly to increasing efficiency and competitiveness, thus servicing customer demands as fully as possible.

Content of project
Our company has been awarded HUF 274.63 million in a non-refundable European Union grant under the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme. The European Union grant shall be used to invest in capacity expansion to meet the increased demand from our customers.
During the implementation of our project GINOP-1.2.1-16-2017-00441, we developed our activity 28.29 – Other n.e.c. general purpose machinery manufacturing at our headquarters under Richter Gedeon u. 15., located in the industrial park of Debrecen. Our project was implemented within the framework of the Széchenyi 2020 programme.
The aim of our development was to expand our production capacity, to increase the added value of the manufactured products and to improve our production performance.
A complex development in production technology was realized within the project scope. The integration of 7 pieces of machining equipment into production along a well-designed development path has made it possible, for example, to finish welded structures with longer bar cross-sections and to achieve 5-sided machining. Our company is now able to meet increased order demands, carry out complex technological operations, and meet high precision demands with significant savings in time and energy.
Manufacturing equipment purchased during the project’s implementation:
- EmR-1600-5AX CNC machining centre – 1 pc
- MXS-300MT CNC machining centre – 1 pc
- MM-850 CNC machining centre (A) – 1 pc
- MM-850 CNC machining centre (B) – 1 pc
- FBE 3000 CNC machining centre – 1 pc
- HT-76 CNC lathe – 1 pc
- TCS-2000L CNC lathe – 1 pc
As a result of the development, our production efficiency has increased. The purchase of two high-performance servers has made production coordination faster, more efficient, and safer.
Hardware tools purchased during the project information technology development:
- Dell T630 server – 2 pcs
The development has increased the degree of processing and the machining spectrum of the products.
Thanks to this investment, the company shall maintain all 64 jobs it had at the time of the application and is able to create additional jobs.

MST Engineering LLC. has successfully implemented a project under the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme with a non-refundable grant of HUF 77.2 million. The total cost of the GINOP-1.2.1-15-2015-00538 project with a 49.99% grant rate is HUF 154.44 million, from which the company acquired the manufacturing equipment and measuring instruments needed to meet the increased demands of its customers.
The organisation is engaged in the production of CNC lathed parts, CNC machined parts, as well as machine components and assembly.
The project’s objective of improving production capacity and increasing the quality and added value of the products manufactured was fully achieved with the help of the European Union grant in the amount of HUF 77.2 million. The company’s production utilisation rate was already close to 100% at the time of the application. The number of orders has been further increased by the implementation of the project. This increase is linked to the quantity and quality of service required by current and potential partners, for which this investment has laid the groundwork.
A complex development in production technology was realized within the project scope. This included the purchase of metalworking machinery for metal processing. The project also included the purchase of measuring equipment to monitor and improve the quality of the products. The expansion of production capacity required the addition of production and capacity management modules to the current SAP Business One administration system.
As a result of the upgrade, production efficiency has increased, and the entire metalworking process is now manageable in an integrated manner. Another important result of the development is the increase in the added value of the products and the increase in the degree of processing the products.
The capacity increase resulting from the development enables the company to adequately serve the additional customer demands in terms of both quality and delivery lead time.
